Reusable rockets and rideshare launches have cut the cost of reaching orbit by an order of magnitude. Space has turned from a government program into an infrastructure layer. Infrastructure layers create markets on top of them.
The biggest opportunities are often not rockets. They are the data, communications and services above a crowded orbit: earth observation turned into decisions, connectivity for remote places, and tools to operate constellations safely.
Canada has a long space heritage and a growing industry. We look for founders who turn orbital capability into products that customers on the ground will pay for.
