No. Regenerate Capital is independent. GDA Group is our deep capital and operating partner, and Joaquim is a Founding Partner of GDA Capital.
How do partners get involved in a company?
Case by case. When a company needs more capital or a specific capability, we introduce the right partner. Each partner acts under its own registrations and agreements.
