Two roles are open now: an Analyst working across investments and the portfolio, and a Program Coordinator for the first edition of the Estrie Launch Program. Analyst

Full-time · Eastern Townships, hybrid · Remote in Canada possible

Work across the whole studio: screen deals, research our sectors, build models and help portfolio companies grow.

What you’ll do

  • Screen founder applications and syndicate deals, and write clear investment memos
  • Research our eight sectors and map the companies and people that matter
  • Build financial models, cap tables and market sizing
  • Support portfolio companies on fundraising, data rooms and investor updates
  • Keep the pipeline and the CRM accurate

What you bring

  • 1 to 3 years in venture, consulting, banking, research or a startup
  • Sharp writing and strong spreadsheet skills
  • Real curiosity about AI, robotics, digital assets and the other sectors we back
  • French and English: bilingual is a strong asset

Program Coordinator, Estrie Launch Program

Full-time or contract · Eastern Townships, on site and hybrid

Run the day-to-day of the Estrie Launch Program’s first edition, from applications to investor day.

What you’ll do

  • Manage applications, interviews and founder communications
  • Plan cohort sessions, workshops and the investor day
  • Coordinate local partners, mentors and speakers
  • Track founder progress and program outcomes
  • Grow our community of Estrie founders

What you bring

  • Experience running events, programs or communities
  • Excellent organization and follow-through
  • Fluent French and English
  • Able to be on site in the Eastern Townships every week

In the Eastern Townships of Québec, working hybrid. The Analyst role can be remote in Canada.

Do I need to speak French?

For the Program Coordinator, yes. For the Analyst, it is a strong asset.
