Service

The right doors, opened the right way.

You don’t need more contacts. You need a short list of the right partners, a reason for them to care and a way to keep the relationship going.

Strategic relationship building is a Regenerate Capital service for early-stage founders who need partners, distributors, corporate allies and advisors. Our team maps who matters for your next stage, sharpens your positioning, prepares the first conversation, makes warm introductions where we can and helps you turn one meeting into a lasting working relationship.

What’s included

What the service includes.

01

Relationship map

A ranked list of the partners, channels, corporates and advisors that matter for your next twelve months.

02

Positioning for partners

A clear answer to “why should they care?”, written for each type of partner, not just for customers.

03

Warm introductions

Introductions through our team’s network where there is a genuine fit on both sides.

04

First-meeting preparation

An agenda, a short brief and a concrete ask, so the first call ends with a next step.

05

Partnership structure

Help shaping pilots, co-marketing, referral and distribution deals so both sides know what they signed up for.

06

Follow-up system

A simple routine and tracker so relationships are kept warm, not rediscovered once a year.

Sound familiar?

Do you have these problems?

  • You meet interesting people at every event, and nothing ever comes of it.
  • You know which companies could change your year, but you have no way in.
  • Your partnership calls end with “let’s stay in touch” and no next step.
  • You pitch partners the same way you pitch customers, and they don’t see what’s in it for them.
  • A pilot with a big company has dragged on for months with no owner on their side.
  • Your best relationships live in your head, so nobody else on the team can build on them.

Our approach

How we solve them.

01

Start from the goal

We agree on what the next stage needs: a channel, a reference customer, a technology partner or an advisor. Relationships follow the goal, not the other way round.

02

Map and rank

We list the people and companies who can move that goal, then rank them by fit and by how reachable they are.

03

Earn the first meeting

We write the angle for each partner and, where our network allows, make a warm introduction with context on both sides.

04

Shape a small first deal

We help you propose a pilot or a narrow agreement with a clear owner, a timeline and a way to measure it.

05

Keep it alive

We set up a light follow-up rhythm and shared notes, so the relationship belongs to the company, not to one inbox.

Track record

How we’ve solved it before.

Drawn from our founder’s past roles and companies. Past results don’t guarantee future outcomes.

01

Investor and partner at GDA Capital

Our founder, Joaquim Miro, is a Founding Partner of GDA Capital, which backed 70+ companies, including 2 seed-to-unicorn outcomes.

02

Mentor across accelerators

Joaquim has been a mentor or advisor at Techstars, Founder Institute, Outlier Ventures and FounderFuel, and is an LP and advisor at Holt Xchange.

03

Capital partner at the table

Our capital partner, GDA Group, brings investment banking, equity and debt capital relationships to the table.

Do it yourself

Resources to solve it yourself.

Start this week

  • Write down the ten organizations that could change your next year, and one reason each would care about you.
  • Before your next partner call, prepare one concrete ask and one thing you can offer them.
  • Send a short follow-up within 24 hours of every good meeting, with the next step and a date.
  • Start a shared sheet of your key relationships: who, last contact, next step, owner.

Questions

Straight answers.

Do you guarantee introductions to specific companies?

No. We introduce you where our team’s network has a genuine fit on both sides, and we help you open the other doors yourself with a sharper angle.

Is this only for later-stage startups?

No. Early partnerships often matter most before you have a big sales team, so we work with founders from the first pilot onward.

How do you charge for this?

Terms are flexible and shaped around your startup: equity, cash, commission, in-kind or a mix, always agreed in writing before we start.
