Service

If nobody can find you, nothing else matters.

AI made building cheap, so everyone is building. We make sure people and AI assistants can actually find you, organically.

Distribution is a Regenerate Capital service that gets startups found on Google and in AI answers. It combines technical SEO, generative engine optimization (GEO) so ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude can cite you, answer-first pages, structured data and a monthly tracking routine. It is included for studio companies and offered to others as a sprint.

What’s included

What the service includes.

01

SEO foundations

One H1 per page, unique titles and descriptions, canonical tags, a clean sitemap, fast pages and strong internal links.

02

Answer-first pages

One page per question your buyers ask, opening with a 40 to 60 word answer that AI assistants can quote.

03

Structured data

JSON-LD on every page: Organization, Person, Service, FAQPage and BreadcrumbList.

04

Machine-readable site

An llms.txt file, an llms-full.txt and a Markdown mirror of each page, with AI crawlers allowed in robots.txt.

05

Entity consistency

The same one-line description of your company on your site, LinkedIn, Crunchbase and press kit.

06

Bilingual, multi-market search

Separate URLs per language with hreflang pairs, so you rank in English and French.

07

Monthly citation tracking

Your 10 most important questions, asked in each AI assistant every month, with the answers logged.

Sound familiar?

Do you have these problems?

  • You search for the problem you solve, and your competitors show up instead of you.
  • You ask ChatGPT or Perplexity about your category, and your company isn’t mentioned.
  • Your site looks good but ranks for nothing, because nobody fixed the basics.
  • Your company is described three different ways across your site, LinkedIn and press.
  • Your French pages are an afterthought, or they don’t exist.
  • You publish content, but you have no idea whether anyone finds it.

Our approach

How we solve them.

01

Find the first question

We collect the questions your customers ask before they look for a vendor, and test who answers them today on Google and in AI assistants.

02

Fix the basics

Titles, descriptions, canonicals, sitemap, speed and internal links, in one week. Most startup sites fail here first.

03

Publish answer pages

Five pages to start, one per weak question, each with the answer first and real numbers, sources and dates.

04

Make it machine-readable

Structured data, llms.txt, Markdown mirrors and consistent facts, so AI assistants can understand and cite you.

05

Track and double down

Rankings and AI citations are checked every month. We put more into whatever is working.

Resources to solve it yourself.

Start this week

  • Write down the 20 questions customers asked you in discovery calls, in their words, then search each one on Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini and note who shows up.
  • Rewrite the first paragraph of your most important page as a 40 to 60 word answer to the question it targets.
  • Check that robots.txt allows GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot and Google-Extended, and that each page has a unique title.
  • Download the free Distribution Playbook (PDF) on this page for the full checklist and a 90-day plan.

Questions

Straight answers.

What is the difference between SEO and GEO?

SEO helps you rank in search engines like Google. GEO, generative engine optimization, helps AI assistants like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude understand, trust and cite you, and it builds on good SEO.

How long does it take to show results?

Technical fixes help within weeks. Content usually builds up over 3 to 12 months, and GEO can move faster once the right pages exist.

How do terms work?

Distribution is included for studio companies. For others, terms are flexible and shaped around your startup: equity, cash, commission, in-kind or a mix, agreed in writing.
