No. There’s no pooled fund and no capital commitment. Each deal is offered separately and documented on its own. ### Who can join? Accredited investors and permitted clients under the securities laws that apply to them, in Canada under National Instrument 45-106, plus funds, family offices and corporate investors. We verify eligibility before sharing anything. ### Is there a minimum? Minimums are set per deal and depend on the round and the vehicle. We share them with each opportunity. ### Are there fees? No. We don’t charge members fees. We invest on the same terms as you, so we only do well when the companies and our co-investors do. ### How often do you share deals? When we commit to one, not on a schedule. Quality over volume. ### Can funds co-invest or lead? Yes. Funds can co-invest, and for larger rounds we actively look for institutional partners to lead or anchor. Availability depends on where you live.
